Bungalow Court
(314 N. Pomona Avenue)
This Craftsman style bungalow court epitomized residential development
during World War I. Designed by local architect Frank Benchley and built
in 1922, the court is enhanced by the pergola that spans the front. There
are ten units, all balanced by a two-story structure in the rear. The
court has remained unaltered except for minor cosmetic changes.
